You asked for the deep version. Here it is, on data we can legally show.
Splits decodes how pros train. The public hub is live for everyone. The deep, per-second breakdown is what one athlete unlocks the moment they opt in. Your roster turns that from a demo into a catalog.
“Does anyone know a tool where you can basically plug in a Strava profile and get a whole lot of high-level insights, analysis from it? I'm going to start doing deep-dive analysis on pro athletes' training and build-up… wondering if there's anything to make that easier.”
Matt Fox · Sweat Elite
You can already see the data. What you want is the analysis layer — fast, detailed, repeatable. That is exactly what this is.
The breadth, public
A curated, athlete-by-athlete index of how the pros train — road, track, trail, ultra. Every entry links or embeds what the athlete published publicly and adds the decode: what the workout is, why a coach programs it, how it fits the block. Sourced, attributed, transformative. Nothing harvested, nothing stored that we shouldn't hold.
This is the layer anyone can read today. It is also the layer anyone could copy — which is exactly why it isn't the moat.
The depth, opt-in
Public data is shallow by design. Full-fidelity depth is only legal on data the athlete consents to share. So we built the depth proof on the one athlete who can consent without a second thought: Colin's own training.
Full per-second streams in, an inspectable decode out — intervals extracted rep by rep, the splits strip, pace and heart-rate lines, and an evidence panel showing exactly what the engine saw and how confident it was. This is the artifact, end to end. The flagship deep-dive is what every opt-in athlete's data unlocks.
What Sweat Elite unlocks
One opt-in athlete is a demo. A roster is a catalog. You have the relationships and the exact audience; we have the engine. Together that becomes consented pro depth at scale.
- Consented depth, at scale
Pros share their files directly — FIT, TCX, GPX, or a Strava export. We decode the full streams the same way the flagship is decoded. They consent, they control it, and they can pull it anytime.
- Files, not OAuth
This is deliberate. Strava bars displaying one athlete's data to others, even with their token, and bars AI use of API-derived data. The legal path is athlete-provided files or direct submission. We are not scraping anyone, and we never claim access to data nobody handed us.
- Content no public index can copy
Breadth is copyable. Decoded full-fidelity sessions from athletes who opted in are not. That is the defensible catalog — and the reason to build it with the partner who already films the workouts.
Bring the roster. We'll bring the depth.
Breadth is live for everyone. Depth is one opt-in away. A Sweat Elite partnership is the difference between proving it on one athlete and running it across the field you already know.
